Description
Distilled in Mexico City by a micro distillery project both owned and operated by women called Flor de Luna, this gin uses a base of corn, rye, wheat, and barley which ends up remarkably soft due to careful maceration and blending of botanicals sourced entirely from within Mexico.
Prickly Pear & Orange Blossom Gin takes the same base spirit and some of the same botanicals from Condesa’s Gin Clásica, but eases back on the juniper (leading to a more modern style of botanical-forward gin) and adds a soft and easy-going fruitiness by including prickly pear, orange blossom, and raspberry.
