With Gin 005, Copperpenny focused on bringing forward gentle citrus flavours and smoky notes of exotic Mediterranean spices. They dialled back the traditional heavy pine flavours that dominate many gins to create something truly versatile for making cocktails of every fashion. A careful blend of nine botanicals including Bulgarian juniper, Egyptian coriander, and Moroccan grains of paradise.
