Biodynamic. 100% Chardonnay. The grapes for this wine come from vines planted in 1940. These well-established vines produce a wine of finesse and elegance. Fermentation is done in stainless steel tanks and aging in used oak barrels. Look for yellow orchard fruit (pear and apple) and a wonderful minerality in the wine. It shows the characteristic texture and power of Meursault without losing its finesse.
