This is a Jim Beam product, so it shares the distillery’s house style which some folks describe as a sort of sooty, peanut shell taste. Here, however, it’s girded by honeyed sweetness and spice, and it works very, very well. Folks love Knob Creek for its bold flavour and the way it doesn’t just disappear into a cocktail.
