Description
Kōloa Spice Rum is made from pure cane sugar, distilled in an impressive vintage 1,210 gallon, steam-powered copper pot still and cut with filtered water from the ancient Mount Waiʻaleʻale. The nose features pleasantly balanced light cola, muted cinnamon and cacao notes with subtle scents of baked baklava, honey and freshly chopped walnuts. This spiced rum is dry and crisp on the palate, with upfront spices showing exactly like the nose, the additional flavor of deeply cooked caramel and a light finish of sarsaparilla.
