“Medici-Ermete’s Sorbara is a dry light bodied Lambrusco pouring with a deep pink appearance, almost resembling a dark rosé. This red wine shows intense aromas of cherry strawberry and rose petals. The palate shows pronounced tart cherry, hibiscus and salty minerality flavours with a grippy mouthfeel and crisp acidity.
