Kazuki is Sheringham’s take on the Japanese-style of gin, where softness and nuance take centre-stage. Kazuki’s botanicals lean more in the aromatic side; yuzu, grapefruit, cherry blossom, and green tea—the latter grown here on Vancouver Island—join juniper and coriander to make a robust and refreshing take on gin. We find Kazuki best suited to having cocktails built around it, versus subbing it in for a classic drink – Kazuki & Tonic works a treat.
