Description
The Rum-Bar Overproof sticks to tradition and is a blend of three un-aged rums, all distilled in 100% copper Pot-Stills. Utilizing unique yeast strains gives this overproof a high level of quality and flavour. Clocking in at 63% ABV, banana leads the bouquet of intentionally balanced exotic fruit and freshly cut sugarcane. The palate features ripened banana, papaya, and passionfruit play with fermented pineapple and subtle vegetal notes. The finish is long with plenty of vegetal funk.
