Deliveries & Pickup

We're pleased to offer in-store pickup and local delivery within Victoria! See the attached map for our delivery radius.

We're able to make deliveries 7 days a week (apart from on statutory holidays), between the hours of 10 AM and 4 PM. 

In-store pickups should be ready within an hour of placement, daily between 10 AM and 10 PM.

Once you've placed an order for pickup, we'll reach out to let you know when it's ready for pickup via e-mail.

For deliveries, we'll reach out to coordinate a delivery window with you, and to gather any further information we may need. If the order is placed between 10 AM and 3 PM we'll get back to you same-day and deliver same-day.

Orders placed outside that window will be delivered the following day, with our reaching out to confirm a delivery window that morning.

Shopping from out of town for a Victoria local? We'll need their contact information to coordinate a delivery on our end, so please include it in the order notes section when checking out!
