Delivery Policy

  1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. 

  1. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in British Columbia. Any shipments outside of British Columbia are not available as per our License Agreement with the Liquor Distribution Branch of British Columbia.

  1. Delivery Time

Deliveries within Greater Victoria are handled in-house and are made daily between 9 AM and 4 PM. Any orders placed outside this time will be delivered the following day. 

For BC-wide shipments, estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [15] business days of the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Please note we do not ship on weekends or Statutory Holidays observed in the Province of British Columbia.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

  1. Delivery Restrictions

Deliveries within Greater Victoria are only made daily between 9 AM and 4 PM, excluding Statutory Holidays or similar periods where the store is closed for business. Any orders placed outside this window will be made the following business day. Deliveries can only be made to an address where someone 19+ is able to show valid ID upon receipt.

Deliveries outside Greater Victoria are made exclusively via Canada Post using their Standard Ground Shipping method, as set out in the Liquor Distribution Branch’s requirements for our License. Deliveries are only made to Canada Post offices versus to end-users’ homes as required by the Branch. Deliveries can only be released to the addressee who is required by Canada Post and the Branch to provide ID proving they’ve reached the Age of Majority in British Columbia. Deliveries are not available outside of the Province of British Columbia.

  1. Shipping Costs

We offer free delivery in Victoria, within the bounds and confines of the delivery area maps shown on our website. 

Shipping costs for the rest of BC are based on the size and weight of your order. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

Sales tax is charged according to the policies laid out by the Liquor Distribution Branch of British Columbia.

  1. Damaged Items in Transport

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at +12503834161. All items shipped are insured with Canada Post at the buyer’s expense, but we will assist with claiming said insurance in the case of damage to the best of our ability.
