Returns are handled differently if purchases are picked up/delivered locally within Greater Victoria, or if they’re shipped within the Province of British Columbia at large.
For local purchases, returns or exchanges are handled in person at 653 Pandora Avenue. For online purchases, your e-mailed receipt suffices as proof of purchase. For in-person purchases, original retail receipt is required.
For returns or exchanges of items purchased online and shipped within the Province of British Columbia, we only allow returns of still-sealed items in saleable condition within two weeks of purchase. If a wine purchased is found to be faulty, you must contact us within one week of delivery date to begin a return/exchange process, whereby the faulty bottle is to be re-sealed and shipped to us at buyer’s expense.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include items sold at clearance price—which will be clearly denoted on your receipt and on the product listing—as well as any used cocktail equipment or any item determined to not be in a sealed, saleable condition.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
