Bareksten Botanical Gin

Description

Distilled from a base of potatoes and flavoured with 26 botanicals (with the lion’s share being indigenous to where it’s made in Norway), Bareksten Botanical Gin tastes like no other – it’s fruity, earthy, herbal, and altogether savoury.

You could probably chalk that up to the unique choice of botanicals, which include rhubarb, chamomile, various berries, fennel, aniseed, and (most importantly) juniper.

It pairs beautifully with tonic for an herbaceous G&T, or with vermouth to make a Martini with a savoury edge.

It can add a Scandinavian flair to just about any classic gin cocktail, as it drinks somewhere between a fruity gin and an earthy akvavit.
