Description
Distilled from cane juice, this pot still rum is some of the oldest to come from the Mhoba Distillery at Malalane. It was aged entirely in the lowveld region of Nkomazi. It spends some time in a cask that held South African whisky previously, which adds a bit more depth, spice, and nuance to the otherwise fairly bright and light sipping rum held in the glass.
