Brasserie Cantillon Kriek Lambic

Description

A blend of lambics and sour cherries (200 g of cherries per litre), this 100% organic kriek imposes its fruity character through a marked acidity, a light foam and a funky finish. The palate is round, harmonious and without heaviness.  

Kriek brings out its maximum “fruitiness” when drunk young. With age the lambic will take the upper hand, but this is at the expense of the fruit component.
