Description
Clos de la Ribaudy is from a single parcel composed of 100% Syrah from all granitic soils. It is fermented whole cluster in a mix of medium and large oak casks. Like all of Julien’s cuvées, it is bottled unfined and unfiltered. Dry, with good tension and crisp acidity. Long-lived, full and round, the granitic soils come through with plenty of minerality and classic Syrah spice.
