Slightly lemony nose with notes of acacia honey. Aromas of quince and candied orange peel as well. Nice impression of freshness. Very ample palate with very dynamic woodiness then this slightly oily texture. Then gourmet aromas of custard, French toast, nougatine. Slightly peppery or even saline notes also give freshness. Complex and precise finish.
