Karukera Rhum Blanc is a bright, grassy, and bold agricole rum distilled entirely from fresh cane versus molasses. It’s bottled at 50% and can sub in for any cocktail recipe calling for white rum where added grassiness would be welcome. Or go for a classic Ti Punch with a lime disc, sugar to your liking, and plenty of rhum.
