If you’ve been in the BC wine game long enough to try wines made with fruit from Waters & Banks Vineyard, you’ll understand our excitement at this new wine from Pamplemousse Jus – the vineyard’s produce always leads to wines with great purity of fruit, minerality, and beautiful balancing acidity, and this is no exception.
This year’s Pinot Noir was hand harvested, gently pressed, fermented wild, with some whole cluster blended in to add complexity – brambly and soft, fruit-forward and spiced. It’s a crowdpleaser for sure!
