Produced using rums from Barbados, Jamaica and Trinidad, uniquely capturing all the flavours of Caribbean rum. Delicate aromas of brown sugar, honey, vanilla and coffee bean lead to a round refined palate with flavours of dark chocolate, cream and a grassy, herbal note. Light-bodied with a clean finish. Makes a mean Daiquiri and amps up the rum flavour in classic cocktails.
