An essential syrup to develop tropical cocktails. Traditionally made from cloves, almonds and lime juice, there are just as many Falernum recipes as there are bars. Giffard’s Falernum recipe aims to be as close as possible to the original recipe. Color: Pale beige. Scent: Very aromatic, limey and zesty.
