Description

Made with fruit from extremely old vines planted in volcanic soils, this drop-dead gorgeous white opens with enticing aromas of cedar, yellow spring flowers, citrus and wild herbs. The dry, delicious palate boasts elegance and depth, featuring ripe apricot, lemon zest, baking spice and salty, flinty mineral notes before an almond finish. Exquisite, it’s wonderful now but will age 10 years or more.
