Harvested in 2000, this pot still rum was made from “yellow lady” cane grown on the Pearls field which lies on a coastal plain. The rum was bottled at 55% after maturing in 50% First Fill American Oak, 32% Virgin American Oak, and 18% Premium French Oak.
