Description
“Je t’aime mais j’ai soif” (I love you, but I’m thirsty) cuvee was first made in 2017 due to the disastrously low yields of the vintage and Vincent needing to make some wine to make ends meet. He therefore bought fruit from a friend in Ardeche and this unusual blend of Marsanne and Melon de Bourgogne was born. He liked the wine so much he has continued to make it year after year. The Southern component lends a touch of weight and spice to the fresher nature of Muscadet’s signature grape.
66% Melon de Bourgogne, 34% Marsanne.
A crowd pleaser and store favourite! We’ve been carrying it solidly for a good 7 years now.
